one hundred forty-three

sky's the limit
the halpert biennial hosted by the turchin center for visual arts, up in boone, nc is not far away.  keith barber, from yes! weekly asked me a few questions about being included in this year's exhibition.  read the article here.

this looks to be a great show -- 48 artists selected throughout the nation.  the juror, steven matijcio, curator of the southeastern center for contemporary art picked the works -- got two in: "keeping it straight," and "sky's the limit."

the show is from july 1 through december 3, with the juror's lecture on july 17th, from 2p -- 4p.

thanks to keith for the interview.
