one hundred eighty-six

Alex and Vera over at "Cheesecakes By Alex" (a Greensboro, NC dessert shop known by many from all over) lost their fish tank.  (It was awesome.)  Now they have a hole. I filled it with a 6 foot painting of the downtown Greensboro skyline.

The painting happened on a property that housed a pigment plant just south of the Norfolk Southern/Amtrak rails . . . a clear unobstructed view.

The wind was so vicious one day.  The canvas acted like a sail.  It made me paint fast and in some cases while holding the canvas on the easel with one hand.  I bet it was funny for onlookers to watch this nut try to paint.  I like a challenge.  And cheesecake.
