two hundred two

Ventured over to Union Hill Elementary last week.  Mrs. Kecki and her fourth grade art students invited me to share art.  This is part of Artists-In-Schools, a 35 year old program with the Guilford County Schools and the Green Hill Center for NC Art.

The students explored narrative art and collaboration.  We played Exquisite Corpse and made funny characters.  Then the students created names for their creatures.

Want a pure response about your art?  Ask a child.  Straight-up unfiltered awesomeness.  Thanks for hosting me and giving me orange juice.  More to come!

Thanks to Mrs. Kecki for the photos!
