two hundred sixteen

It's the final stretch for the 2013 Artist In Schools.  After a postponed visit with Morehead Elementary due to mother nature and freezing rain -- we rescheduled for April.

Part of my time with the fourth graders includes sharing samples of my work.  And these samples also tie-in to the project they are about to undertake.  The small one is about collaboration and expression of thought.  The large painting explores body language.

How would you describe the body language of the two people in the photo?  That's Kimberly Barefield, UNCG student teacher for Ms. Cox's class.  And Mr. Gingham.
