two hundred thirty-eight

By now those of you following along in the Les III playbook have heard about Exquisite Corpse.  You know, the composite, collaborative drawing parlor game that is over one hundred years old (read in one breath).  The Guilford County Schools in partnership with GreenHill Center for NC Art invited me to chat with the fourth graders about being a visual artist, and share this project with them, two years running.  We have such a good time.

Well straight shooters, we're taking the project over to ArtQuest.  It's a children's educational art center that's part of the GreenHill.  On Friday, April 4 ArtQuest is hosting Adult Play Night: Exquisite Corpse.  Here's your chance to unleash your inner child, have some laughs, and draw a bit.  ArtQuest will have all its creation stations open and folks will be able to play -- roll up your sleeves.  Let down your hair.  Have some fun.  The free event is drop-in style between 5:30 -- 8:30p.  There will be a cash bar and mason jars and over-sized straws.  Yep.  What adult night in a children's museum be without beer floats?  Thanks, Natty Greene's Brewery.
